The Utility Regulator today gives notice of licence modifications we propose to make to the gas transmission system operator (TSO) licensees. The modifications are for the purpose of implementing the congestion management procedures (CMP) in EC Regulation 715/2009 as amended by the European Commission decision of 24 August 2012.
We are also publishing an accompanying consultation paper which explains the proposed licence modifications as set out in the gas notices.
The text of the proposed modifications is available in the gas notices for each TSO published below:
Responses to the gas notices and the consultation paper should be received by the Utility Regulator no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 29 October 2013.
