In accordance with Article 10 of The Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, the Utility Regulator gives notice that both a generation and supply demand side unit (DSU) licence for Northern Ireland was granted to Empower Generation Limited on 5 November 2015.
On 28 September 2015 we issued a public consultation on the proposed grant of a demand side unit generation licence and demand side unit supply licence to Empower Generation Limited. We did not receive any formal responses to the proposal to grant these licences.
