On 9 April 2015 the Utility Regulator issued a public consultation on the proposed grant of an electricity generation licence to Seagronan Wind Farm Limited.
We did not receive any formal responses to the proposal to grant a licence to Seagronan Wind Farm Limited.
In accordance with Article 10 of The Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, the Utility Regulator now gives notice that a licence for the generation of electricity in Northern Ireland was granted to Seagronan Wind Farm Limited on 19 May 2015.
