Following the public consultation on 13 December 2010 on the proposed grant of a gas supply licence to ONI Gas Ltd, the Utility Regulator, in accordance with Article 8 (6) of the Gas (NI) Order 1996, gives notice that a licence for the supply of gas in Northern Ireland was granted to ONI Gas Ltd on the 31 January 2011.
