This decision paper details the Utility Regulator’s decision with regard to the new price control for NIE Energy Ltd (PPB). The new price control period is from 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2012. The decisions have been made on the basis of information and data submitted and meetings held with NIE Energy Ltd (PPB) and also with regard to the public consultation which ended on Friday 29th May, for which there were two responses.
The Utility Regulator has the agreement of NIE Energy Ltd (PPB) to publish their response.
