On 8th April 2009 the Utility Regulator launched a consultation on Energy Retail Competition Work Programme: General Overview and Rationale, which expired on the 1st of July 2009.
We are now considering the responses made and the way forward in terms of future actions and implications for our Retail Work Programme.
