Summary
The paper sets out the Utility Regulator’s interim determination on a price control for Phoenix Supply Ltd (“Phoenix”), to last for two years from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2008.
This is the first time that a price control will be determined for the supply business. The interim determination takes into consideration the comments received from Phoenix in August and December 2007.
The Utility Regulator welcomes comments on the issues contained in this document.
