Summary
The Utility Regulator today publishes Notice in accordance with Article 14(1) & 14(A) of the Gas Order 1996 of modifications it proposes to make to the low pressure gas conveyance and supply licences. The proposed modifications arise from the introduction of the new gas day and entry charging.
The changes proposed are explained in a consultation paper.
We have marked up the changes proposed in red in the extracts of the low pressure licences and the supply licences.
