Proposed modification to SSE Renewables UK Ltd generation licence

The Utility Regulator is proposing to modify an electricity generation licence held by the company SSE Renewables UK Ltd.

The licensee is currently constructing a wind farm at Tievenameenta, Co Tyrone and requires their licence to be modified to take account of this expansion.

The effect of the proposed modifications is to replace the entirety of Schedule 2 of the licence.  The new Annex 2 will add the new site lands of the wind farm at Tievenameenta. A copy of the formal ‘Article 14’ modification notice can be viewed by using the link below:
