The Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP) is an energy efficiency programme for domestic and non-domestic customers. The majority of the funding (at least 80%) is available to vulnerable or priority customers.
The programme provides funding for the following categories:
- Priority whole house solutions (heating and insulation measures);
- Priority individual measures (insulation and various other energy efficiency measures);
- Priority whole house solutions (innovative measures); and
- Non-priority conventional schemes (various measures for non-priority domestic and commercial).
The Annual Report reviews the performance of the 2024/2025 NISEP schemes, outlining the measures installed, financial benefits to customers and the associated energy (GWh) and carbon savings.
