The Utility Regulator is today publishing Preliminary Decision Papers of the SEM Committee.
These decisions relate to the applications for Transmission System Operator (TSO) certification of Northern Ireland Electricity Limited and Moyle Interconnector Limited. A short introductory paper sets out the background to the TSO certification process. The decision of the European Commission on the NIE application and its opinion on the Moyle Interconnector Limited application are also provided below.
