On 13 April 2017, the SEM Committee published a Decision Paper on the Intermediary Transitions to I-SEM (SEM-17-025). To reflect the decision, each of the Regulatory Authorities were to update the standard application form for regulatory consents.
The Utility Regulator has updated the application form for applying for intermediary status in respect of generators in Northern Ireland. This form should be used for all new intermediary applications.
