The Utility Regulator has today published the responses received to its consultation on harmonised transmission tariffs for gas, which sets out proposals for implementing changes to the NI gas transmission charging regime. A summary of the responses has also been published. We will consider these responses in making our decision which will be published in due course to ensure compliance with the EU Regulation on establishing a network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas, by 31 May 2019.
