The Utility Regulator is publishing a Final Determination (dated 5 October 2020) it has made in respect of a Dispute referred to it by Dooish Wind Farm Ltd in relation to a transmission connection offer between Dooish Wind Farm Ltd and SONI Limited. This is a redacted copy of the Final Determination.
The Dispute relates to the terms of an offer made by SONI to DWFL dated 29 August 2018 for the connection of a 42MW windfarm, being developed by DWFL at Dooish Road, Curraghamulkin, Drumquin, to the Northern Ireland electricity transmission system.
