Under Condition 30 of NIEN’s Distribution licence it must provide a connection offer as soon as possible, and in any event no later than 3 months from receipt of application. We have the powers to grant extensions to this time period under the same Condition.
This letter sets out our response to NIE Networks request for an extension to the time allowed to provide an connection offer under Condition 30 (4) & (6) of the Distribution licence. We have decided to grant an extension until 31 August 2017 for those applications requested by NIE Networks.
