The Joint Regulators Group (JRG) are working in partnership with the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) transition team; the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) and the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) on how operational relationships between the CMA and sector regulators, including the Utility Regulator, can be put to the best use.
