NIE Networks sought consent from the Authority under Condition 12 Paragraphs 3(d)(ii), (iii) and (iv) of its distribution licence, to be able to grant use and access to ESBN of the systems, equipment, facilities, property of, and the services of persons engaged by NIE Networks Distribution Business, as are also used and accessed by the Distribution Business in its provision of the TIBCO IT Services to ESBN.
Following assessment of NIE Networks C12 request, the Utility Regulator has provided consent under C12 3(d)(ii), (iii) and (iv) to NIE Networks, for the provision of the TIBCO IT Services to ESBN
