The Utility Regulator has published a Notice of the granting of its consent under Condition 18 of the DSU Generation Licence held by Powerhouse Generation Limited (PHGL) to carry on a business in the generation of electricity.
The Utility Regulator considered that there was no significant risk of adverse impacts on consumers from the granting of the Generation Licence to PHGL. By granting this Licence, the Utility Regulator also effectively gave consent to PHGL, under Condition 18 of their DSU Generation Licence, for it to carry on a business in the generation of electricity.
The Utility Regulator hereby wishes to formally provide notice of the granting of this consent.
