The Utility Regulator published PC28 Information Requirements for NI Water on 15 January 2026. Links to each element are provided below.
The requirements define the information that NI Water need to submit in its business plan to allow us to set price limits for the five-year price control period, from 2028 to 2033. This includes the company’s overall strategy for the delivery of water and sewerage services and supporting information on expenditure and outputs.
The company will develop and submit plans that align with its statutory obligations and in line with our PC28 Approach Decision.
