In accordance with Article 5 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/631, we received the TSO’s proposal for requirements for generators banding threshold in Northern Ireland (the RfG banding proposal.) We have reviewed the RfG banding proposal and decided to approve in line with the requirements of the Regulation EC 2016/631.
