The Utility Regulator and the Consumer Council NI held the second in a series of RP5 (Regulatory Period 5) stakeholder events on 6th June 2011. RP5 (Regulatory period 5) is the next NIE T&D price control, due to be implemented in 2012.
A presentation was made by NIE and a range of interested stakeholders were given the opportunity to raise questions to both NIE and the Utility Regulator. As part of the RP5 price control process, this event promotes transparency and affords the opportunity for interested parties to express their views as part of the consultation process.
