UR Decision Letter
Under Condition 25 of their Transmission Licence, SONI applied to the Utility Regulator for an extension to a connection offer for Cam Cluster.
SONI shall provide a connection offer as soon as practicable, and in any event no later than three months from receipt of application.
We have the powers to provide our consent for extensions to this time period under the same Condition.
Following review of SONI's extension request re Cam Cluster connection offer, we have provided our consent to grant an extension to 30 May 2022.
