Under Condition 25 of SONI’s Transmission licence it must provide a connection offer as soon as possible, and in any event no later than 3 months from receipt of application. We have the powers to grant extensions to this time period under the same Condition.
This letter set out our response to SONI’s request for an extension to the time allowed for providing connection offers regarding EP Kilroot OCGT GT7 under Condition 25 (5) & (7) of SONI’s Transmission licence.
Following review of the extension request, we have provided approval to grant the extension to 26 August 2020 for the application requested by SONI.
