Under Licence Condition 16, SONI submitted to UR a Final Modification Report, in regards to a modification proposal for the reduction of aggregator levels within the SONI Grid Code

Licence Condition 16(3) allows the provision for UR to provide approval on modification proposed by the Licensee.
Licence Condition 16(4), allows the provision for UR where it may consider and may feel appropriate to issue direction(s) to SONI regarding revision(s) to the SONI Grid Code.
