The Utility Regulator has commenced an enforcement action against Project Plug Ltd, t/a Click Energy, in relation to the breach of a relevant requirement, namely failure to make their NIRO payment within the stipulated time frame. This matter will proceed under the Utility Regulator enforcement procedure.
