The Utility Regulator has today imposed a financial penalty on Project Plug Ltd (trading as Click Energy) of £24,682.00 following the findings of the Enforcement Committee of the Authority. The Committee found that the Licensee failed to make the required payment in relation to the Renewable Obligation Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 and ordered the company to make this payment and proposed a financial penalty. Following a period of consultation and engagement with the company, we hereby give notice that the financial penalty has now been imposed and must be paid by 15th November 2018.
