In accordance with the Equality Commission’s new Guide for Public Authorities on Section 75 of the NI Act 1998 the Utility Regulator was requested to develop a new Equality Scheme.
We are pleased to inform you that the Equality Commission approved the Utility Regulator’s new Scheme on 25 July 2012.
