The Utility Regulator and the Commission for Energy Regulation (CER), the Regulatory Authorities (RA), are inviting applications for Nominated Electricity Market Operator (NEMO) designation for the I-SEM in Northern Ireland and Ireland.
The Utility Regulator and the Commission for Energy Regulation (CER), the Regulatory Authorities (RA), are inviting applications for Nominated Electricity Market Operator (NEMO) designation for the I-SEM in Northern Ireland and Ireland.
This invitation sits alongside a paper which clarifies the RAs’ interpretation of the NEMO designation criteria. Applications for NEMO designation should be submitted to both RAs by 17.00 on Wednesday 24 June 2015.
In conjunction, the RAs are also publishing a consultation paper on Transmission System Operators (TSOs) obligations under the Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM) and assignment of relevant TSO obligations under Article 1.3 of CACM.
