This Article14 (2) Notice and Licence Modification Consultation sets out the Utility Regulator’s (UR’s) proposed changes to the Transmission System Operator (TSO) licence held by SONI. The modifications are being recommended in order to provide certainty of revenues to be recovered by the TSO for capital expenditure (capex) projects.
This document is likely to be of interest to SONI, other regulated companies in the energy industry, government and consumer groups with an interest in the energy.
