We have today given notice of our intention to grant a licence to generate electricity to ReGen WTE Limited. ReGen WTE Ltd is a waste fuel producer intending to construct a generator fuelled by recovered fuel. Any surplus electricity will be exported to the NI grid.
A copy of the proposed licence accompanies this notice.
Responses to the consultation, preferably in electronic format, should be forwarded on or before 06 March 2024.
