The Utility Regulator today publishes a “Decision paper on measures for the purposes of the EU Third Internal Energy Package”.
Known as IME3, the third Internal Energy Package is a group of EU Directives is aimed at improving the operation of the internal market in energy. This decision paper deals with modifications to electricity and gas licences which are necessary for the purposes of the Directives. The modifications in this decision paper where consulted upon on by the Utility Regulator on 20 September 2013.
