Following a consultation in October 2018, the Utility Regulator is publishing a decision for NI Water to continue to be subject to a ‘revenue adjusted price cap’ during the PC21 price control period.
This decision considers the detailed responses received following publication of our consultation paper on 26 October 2018. It then sets out the reasons for our decision in light of these responses.
