The Utility Regulator today publishes the final modifications to the PPB annex of the Power NI electricity supply licence.
This annex provides for the determination of the Power NI Energy Ltd Power Procurement Business (PPB) regulated revenue amount.
The effect of these modifications is to provide the mechanism to implement our final determination on the PPB amount for 2015 to 2017 which was published on 1 July 2015.
Following the Article 14 licence modification published on 25 August 2015 and the draft modifications notice, the Utility Regulator received one response from the licensee. These modifications will come into effect 56 days from today.
