In accordance with Article 10 of The Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, the Utility Regulator now gives notice that a licence for the supply of electricity in Northern Ireland was granted to Evermore ES Limited on 8 July 2019.
On 17 May 2019, the Utility Regulator issued a public consultation, under Article 10(4) of the Order, on the proposed grant of an electricity supply licence to Evermore ES Limited. We did not receive any responses.

Copies of the documents can be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
