In accordance with Article 10 of The Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, the Utility Regulator now gives notice that a licence for the supply of electricity in Northern Ireland was granted to Statkraft Markets GmbH on 24 March 2021.
On 17 February 2021, the Utility Regulator issued a public consultation, under Article 10(4) of the Order, on the proposed grant of an electricity supply licence to Statkraft Markets GmbH. We did not receive any responses.
