NIAUR decision on changes to licence condition on cancellation of Generating Unit Agreements

NIAUR has today published its decision on changes to the condition in Northern Ireland electricity licences relating to the cancellation of Generating Unit Agreements.

Modifications made to the Cancellation Condition in the licences will be made under Article 3 of the Electricity (Single Wholesale Market) (Northern Ireland) Order 2007.

The changes being made are intended to reflect the all Island nature of the SEM, and the fact that the SEM is being established with its own governance arrangements.
