The Call for Schemes notice announces that the bidding for funds from the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP) has now commenced for the programme year 2013-14.
The Framework Document published today provides the rules and procedures for organisations wishing to participate in the 2013-14 NISEP. Following our consultation in September 2012, the Framework Document has been reviewed and amended. The decision paper following the consultation is available here. Registered Primary Bidders and Licensed Energy Suppliers are eligible to bid for funds, provided that they sign and return the Accedence Agreement to the Utility Regulator by 1 December 2012.
