Today the Utility Regulator is publishing a consultation document for three notices of its proposed modifications to the electricity supply licence and gas supply licence held by LCC Group Ltd (Article 14 Electricity and Article 14 Gas) and LCC Power Ltd (Article 14 Electricity).
These proposed modifications will amend the financial year in condition 2.2 of the electricity supply licences and condition 1.2.1 in the gas supply licence. These proposed modifications would bring the company’s accounting period into line with the financial year-end of other companies within the LCC Group.
Any representations or objections with respect to the proposed modifications may be made on or before Friday 5 May 2023 to:
