Today we are publishing a Notice under Article 14(2) of the Electricity (NI) Order 1992 for the addition of a new Et term within Power NI’s electricity supply licence.
The introduction of a new Et term is a result of the delivery of the Energy Bill Support Scheme and Alternative Fuel Payment. The proposed modification is to allow Power NI to recover the costs incurred in delivering this Government scheme.
The deadline for submitting a response is 5pm on Wednesday 20 December 2023.
