This decision paper details the SEM Committee’s decisions on a price control for SEMO. The price control is to last for one year from 1st October 2009 to 31st September 2010. The decisions have been made on the basis of information, data submitted and meetings held with SEMO and also with regard to the public consultation which ended on 15th August, for which there were the following Respondees:
This Decision Paper by the Regulatory Authorities (RAs) includes decisions on the form of SEMO regulation, the allowed revenue for SEMO, the cost of constraints, and all associated indicative tariffs. The definitive set of tariffs will shortly be published by SEMO in this website.
