Today we publish the Article 14 decision for the SONI Price Control 2015-2020 licence modifications. This follows a 28 day consultation for the Article 14 Notice of the licence modifications.
One response was received to the consultation, which was from SONI. Having considered the response we are now publishing a SONI Price Control 2015-2020 Licence Decision Document and the Notice with modifications to the Annex 1 (Charge Restrictions) of the SONI Transmission Licence. These modifications also reflect the decisions laid out in the SONI 2015-2020 price control final determination Paper.
