In accordance with the price control decision of 14 March 2017 for the 2015-2020 SONI price control, we have engaged with SONI with regards to a Qt adjustment to implement the allowances for the 2015/2020 period.
The Qt amount will be an amount that reflects the difference between (i) the Bt allowance included within the tariffs set for the relevant years, and (ii) the Bt allowance for the applicable relevant years in the 2015-2020 price control period, namely relevant years t = 2015/16 and 2016/17. The adjustment will therefore amend the SSS tariff to take account of what the Bt term should have been in these years if the price control was enacted.
