SSE Renewables generation licence modification notice

The Utility Regulator is proposing to modify an electricity generation licence held by the company SSE Renewables UK Ltd.

The company is currently constructing the second phase of their wind farm at Slieve Kirk and needs their generation licence to be modified to take account of this expansion. The effect of the proposed modifications is to replace the entirety of Schedule 2 of the company’s licence.  The new Annex 2 will add the new site lands of the second phase at Slieve Kirk.
