Updated guidance on the application of the Utility Regulator's competition powers

The Utility Regulator is today publishing an amended version of our Guidance on the application of the Utility Regulator’s competition powers. 

The guidance document has been updated to take account of the CMA’s Information Note on the ‘Arrangements for the handling of leniency applications in the regulated sectors’.
