On 17 September 2015 the Utility Regulator issued a public consultation on the proposed grant of a demand side unit (DSU) generation licence and demand side unit supply licence to Kiwi Power Limited.
We did not receive any formal responses to the proposal to grant these licences.
In accordance with Article 10 of The Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, the Utility Regulator now gives notice that both a generation and supply demand side unit licence for Northern Ireland was granted to Kiwi Power Limited on 26 October 2015.
