Following the public consultation on 4 September 2013 on the proposed grant of a supply licence to LCC Power Limited, the Utility Regulator, in accordance with Article 8(6) of the Gas (NI) Order 1996, gives notice that a licence for the supply of gas in Northern Ireland was granted to LCC Power Limited on 23 October 2013.
