Following an interim determination paper issued on 20 February 2008 the Utility Regulator has today issued a further paper setting out its final detrmination in respect of the price control for Phoenix Supply Ltd.
The price control will last for two years from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2008. This is the first time that a price control has been determined for the supply business.
