In May 2008, as part of the CAG project, the Utility Regulator and the Commission for Energy Regulation published a discussion paper on the options for the gas operational regime.
The Regulatory Authorities received eight responses to the Consultation Paper. Seven of these are published below. One respondent has requested that their response not be published.
