Utility Regulator publishes decision on modifications to Phoenix gas conveyance licence

On 27th June 2007 the the Utility Regulator issued a public notice on the proposed licence modifications to the price control conditions contained in the Licence for the Conveyance of Gas held by Phoenix Natural Gas Limited.
