On 05 January 2009 the Utility Regulator announced the launch of a public consultation on the Social Action Plan 2009-2014.
It is expected that that following this consultation the Utility Regulator will finalise and publish a definitive action plan. It is envisaged that the action plan will cover a five year period and progress will be reviewed after three years.
The Utility Regulator received 28 responses.
